you get a few days of mango recipes from me:
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Frozen Mangoes
1 Cara Cara Orange
1 T Chia Seeds
1/2 t vanilla
1 t Maca Root Powder
1/4 cup Plain Coconut Yogurt
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Tempt Hemp Milk (or non dairy milk of choice)
Few Ice Cubes
Blend it all together & Enjoy!

I have a doctors appointment this afternoon. Fingers crossed that things are happening 😉 Last night was rough. We got our car seats inspected, which was fine. Then when we got home I was EXTREMELY crampy.
I am either a wuss or am going to have no idea what labor is because this was pretty bad.
Not extremely debilitating, but I couldn’t move from the couch all night in a fetal position. not to mention she decided to roll onto my sciatic nerve.
I feel a lot better today, just getting twinges here and there.
This was my last full week of work. I told some clients that next week is a maybe depending on my status. I don’t want to start taking off work if she’s not going to be here for another 2 weeks…I will go crazy. On the other hand, I am not feeling myself so it’s a tough call. My mom is convinced she is coming this weekend, I am not getting my hopes up. Most first pregnancies go late… hopefully not me though! I will be looking into lots of reflexology for next week. I had a massage and had her do some this week so hopefully it moves things along!!!
Nutrition Tip of the Day:
Pasta. It’s so easy to over eat it. Portion sizes are small. If you or family members tend to take a heaping serving of pasta try adding a TON of roasted veggies to the mix. Layer veggies, a portion or pasta then more veggies. It will fill you up and you will eat more of the good stuff 🙂
