Warm N’ Spicy Chocolate Cacao

No!

You may NOT ask me a question!

Even if you think my husband looks like Tony Soprano [<—he really doesn’t] and we’re breakin’ your heart.

I finally gave in and let you give me a sample though. Maybe one of these days I will find out what the question is that you want to ask me?

^[I am hoping someone out there understands this nonsense]

I’ve officially switched from my summer color to my fall/winter color. Reluctantly.

My favorite self tanner has totally gone all wrong. It used to go on smooth and pretty, now there are blotches and spots no matter how much I shake it up. So rude. I am embracing the pale for now until I find one that is not annoying to put on.I guess

I live close enough to  Jersey to justify my love for cheesy fake tans {<–don’t judge the overly fake baked. PS I miss my long hair] and leopard print items.

Like my new infinity scarf:

Jewelbilee has 500,000 scarves and they are all $15.00 and I was so overwhelmed I may have to go back and get some more that I loved!

Today let’s enjoy a lovely dessert beverage….

WORKOUTS:

Yesterday I tried my friend, Melissa’s HIIT workout! I love trying other peoples workouts, especially when they are similar to mine! I read it wrong though. I did 20 rounds of 50 second intervals with 10 seconds rest. My second set of jump lunges were for jelly legs. Dive bombers are still super awkward for me. I did decline push ups on the second set just to get some reps because I was struggling with the bombers. I followed the HIIT workout with 2 miles on my elliptical, stretched and outty.

Speaking of workouts: Are you guys enjoying my Friday 5 workout posts instead of my old random Friday 5 topics???

FIT WITH FLAIR!

I am talking all about something I rarely talk about on the blog today at Fit with Flair! My business. <–Go learn about how I’ve evolved and adapted since starting my personal training business in 2004!

Do you switch your makeup colors in the summer and winter?

Have you ever been asked “the question” in the mall? What the heck is it???

What’s your favorite dessert beverage?

xxoo

Mmmm I’m totally craving some hot chocolate now! I’d have to say my fave dessert beverage is hot chocolate with a bit of peppermint extract in it (or Baileys… I’m partial to both.) 😉

I was just thinking I need to go to my winter makeup—it’s necessary for me—I have olive toned skin and I swear it’s totally different in the winter!
I haven’t used self-tan on my face, but I do love the bronzer 🙂

I use the fake bake for the face and it’s pretty good. I don’t always remember to use it and now that my body doesn’t match it just looks funny!

Your skin always looks glowing to me, in summer or winter. I used to fake tan all the time until my husband complained of the smell, and I started getting tired of tanning my sheets:) Have a blessed Thursday<3

i rock my paleness 365.. although i did sit out more this summer (bad i know) bc of my wedding. i am an allover umm…lighter (which is a nicer word than husband’s for me, which is casper), so i go very easy on the bronzer bc too much and my face is a totally different color than my body, and i have not found a body tanner that i like. i know the jergens one gets rave reviews but i got orage-y and had a few splotches.

I LOVE THAT SCARF! i have a scarf problem. i own 742357 of them, and just yesterday bought 2 infinity ones (my first!) from ann taylor loft. so cute! i wear them frmo october to march! they are absolutely my security blanket haha

I have a scarf problem too 🙁 I hear yah on the security blanket

I love my hot chocolate everynight. It relaxes me. I always make it with the unsweet chocolate almond milk.
Bare Escentuals is the best. I love it. I use most of their stuff.
I tend to use my bronzers more in the summer. I’m such a makeup nut though. I’m always buying new stuff to try. I love it!!

I was just looking for a guilt-free hot chocolate recipe and decided to try this one. It was delicious and totally satisfied my craving. I used almond milk because that’s what is in my fridge right now, but I’d love to try it again with hemp or coconut. Thanks for the inspiration!

Great! So glad you tried it and let me know! I have done it with almond milk too and it’s still great! There’s something about Tempt Hemp though that makes it really delicious 🙂
