Hey! I hope you all had a great weekend! Mike and I realized last night that it’s been 5 years since we moved into our condo together! And we thought we would only live here for 2 years and flip it. I also swore we wouldn’t have kids until we moved to a place with a little more space. Funny how things turn out, and how you make things work! It’s also crazy how time flies.
What did you think of the Oscars? Favorite dresses? Moments? I personally loved Cirque Du Soleil! I was also glad to see Meryl win–she deserved it. I was rooting for Viola a little but Meryl is amazing. The red carpet is always my favorite part though. What was up with Borat and Ryan Seacrest? Was it a set-up or did he legit get kicked out?
I have a lot going on around here. One being a teething baby that won’t sleep! The other– a few business projects I am working on!
With that said I thought I would give you all a 16 minute pin-able HIIT workout to try! This can be done ANYWHERE— at home, in the gym, in your hotel room. You need nothing but your body and a jump rope (if you don’t have a jump rope you can faux jump rope!).
As always, I use my GYMBOSS interval timer for these workouts.
