If The Shoe Fits…

I felt like Cinderella today.

 Cinderella with big feet.

Apparently…pregnancy REALLY made my feel grow a whole size bigger.

After an hour of trying on TONS of shoes after having my gait and arches checked out…I finally found the shoe.

lightweight, felt amazing on, and passed the treadmill test.

I. Am. Not. A. Runner.

I believe in finding a good shoe…the perfect shoe….and I think running shoes make the most sense.

especially for all the jumping around I’ve been doing lately.

and maybe…just maybe…if my body tells me it’s okay….I will try the distance thing out 😉

thanks for all the google reader tips. I have a busy couple of days which you will hear about. baby bro turns 21 and he’s going BACK to school in upstate NY. Spent some time there tonight ..been out all day…looking forward to trying out my new kicks tomorrow…will get around to setting up and using my reader asap 🙂 Forgive me, bloggie friends!

Question of the Day:

What shoe is your perfect fit?

Doesn’t have to be running/ sneaker can be any type of shoe!

Aghh…Thirsty Thursday…I didn’t forget you! Here’s an oldie but goodie! Chocolate Cherry Coconut Deliciousnessyes I know none of those words are proper but I like how it looks 😉

I’ve been wearing Asics for a while and I just love them. Honestly other than that I’m a Target or Payless shoe kind of girl.

My sister recently turned 21 — it was so much fun going out for her bday, have fun with your bro!

Old New Balance shoes used to fit me perfectly, for years they did. Then they either changed something about the shoe or my foot changed, but for the past few years I’ve only had okay running shoes. I can run fine in them, but I love when they fit so good, you don’t even realize you have shoes on!

I used to wear NB too! Then the backs seems way too high and they got uncomfortable.

I think it’s great to find that perfect pair! I am still looking to find it. I’m using a pair of Nike’s as of now but definitely no Cinderalla pair ;D

I have always loved Asics for my feet. I’ve always tried different ones, and always go back to Asics, they’re my fav! However I’ve heard all over the blog world that Brooks and Mizuno’s are the bomb and haven’t tried those yet but I bet I’d love them!

And I meant to write in the previous post about Google Reader! It’s a godsend and has made my blog reading life soooo much easier! On your Google Account, at the very top click on “Reader” (5th from the left) and right below where it says Google Reader click on “Add a Subscription”. From there just type in the URL and you’re good to go! Let me know if you need any help or have any other questions 🙂

Love the new kicks! My fave for comfort and running are mizunos…they just fit my feet like a glove.
Upstate NY is a great place—maybe I’ll run into your bro (and obviously have no idea it’s him!) 🙂

Mizunos are what I went in wanting but they felt too wide. My feet got bigger length wise but the width is not fitting…kinda annoying

Shoes are SO HARD for me to find!

I’ve posted many times about my issues…long, narrow feet that are TOO long to fit into women’s shoes so I have to buy men’s which are usually too wide.

I have been brand loyal to Nike for 25 yrs b.c of this.

And lately, to the Air Vomero’s. They are currently on Vomero 6 but I have worn them since Vomero 2’s 🙂

Oh, Averie..seems like I have that issue now too. Even being a whole size bigger now (a 9) when I was always a solid 8. Sometimes even 7 1/2. What they say about pregnancy is true I guess! Good to know Nike’s fit you well!
