Hello, my friends!
Long time no speak! I miss you guys!
Just wanted to give another quick update and let you all know I will not be blogging too much between now and the holiday. I need to take a “personal” leave. Our little family has a lot going on. Everything is fine…I just can’t commit to getting regular posts out over the next 2 weeks.
I do have a couple of recipes to share so hopefully I can get them out before the new year. I also want to give you some new booty busting workouts!
I’ve been doing lots of power yoga, strength training workouts…and…something I hate…RUNNING! Eek! Nothing special at all. Pretty much just sprint intervals for a couple of miles. If I have the right music it’s kind of fun! Nothing is hurting either…I am just a little extra tight in my hips and calves so I’m trying to foam roll it out.
I’ve organized a lot of the workouts I’ve been posting on my “Work It Out” page for you guys. I also need to post a OPBB update before I gain my weight back in cookies 😉 Ever since Ella started solids it’s been falling off. I was very discouraged in the beginning when nothing seemed to be moving and I just wanted to say all you moms were right! BF does make you hold onto it a little, for a good reason! I’m only 6 1/2 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight now and am happy staying here…my goals at this point is more muscle/tone and personal fitness bests! OPBB post coming sometime after the holidays.

Double Chocolate Walnut Biscotti [technically a cookie but they are my family’s favorite!]

I am going to attempt to make a new vegan cheesecake….hopefully it turns out and I have something delicious to share!!!
