I have a quick minute to let you all know I am still alive
and eating my favorite fried egg sandwiches again…
Grain-free, starch-free made of coconut flour!
ingredients: purified water, Organic Coconut Flour, Egg Whites, Psyllium, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda.
40 calories per slice, 1 gram of digestible carbs, 1 gram of sugar and 5 grams of fiber! How amazing are the stats!?
At first, when I tried a little iffy about the bread. It was kind of chewy and had a little bit of a funky taste. Toast it up and drench it in runny egg yolk though, and it is pretty damn good!
Remember recently how I recently switched this amazing raw coconut water?
Good thing I did! I don’t drink coconut water that often. There are some great benefits, and I do whole-heartily believe it’s 1,000 time better than Gatorade.
However, you should be aware of buying some of the other brands of coconut water on the market. Especially some of the flavored ones, there are some iffy ingredients.
You want to get coconut water STRAIGHT from the coconut. The raw harmless harvest, yet expensive, is the next best thing! I keep it around just for those times I need some extra hydration, or for Ella in case she gets sick. It definitely has helped in the past!
I don’t have much I can share about the home-stuff for now. All I can say is we have been so busy all week getting our place ready and organized. We have a few showings and keeping our fingers crossed! Ella is a great little sales baby. Wish us luck!
