96 days…mobile blogging

Hey everyone! So my computer died and I’m not really sure when it will be fixed so I’m coming to you via iPhone I have a great post for you planned continuing the 100 days til summer project! There has been some great feedback and conversations going in the comment section! 

Bummer for me is I have to go figure out how to get work done for my business, as well as do my planning for  Ellas party that ( needs to get done) without my computer, which my life is on! Arg!!!

 

I can’t post links of what ive seen but definitely want you to link up some green smoothies for ST Pattys Day (or bet me how many you will see this week keeping up with the theme).

My favorite right now is

 

1 frozen banana

1/4 avocado (Ella gets the other half- you could always throw it all in)

Handful spinach

1 tsp almond extract or 1/2 t of mint

Scoop jay Robb vanilla protein

10 ounces or so of almond milk

2 T hemp seeds

Ice

Alcohol of choice optional 😉

 

Ella and ate off to visit the pigs and chickens at the farm–as well as get some sure fresh eggs!

    I’d like to see what you tell clients to use for motivation….pics, thoughts, anything. Also I’d like to see good uses for coconut oil and is it really healthier? Also for the moms, how we can take time for ourselves to not look frumpy dumpy (talking about me!!) I hate spending money on me now that I have a toddler daughter. I don’t dedicate enough time to getting ready in the mornings and ugh, it shows!

    Ah, the computer stuff is so frustrating!
    What the heck did people do before iPhones?
    Really…the st patty’s shake looks so yummy! I love avo in smoothies—so smooth. How nice of Ella to share with you 🙂
